Ashtabula Hustles: Made on Main is modeled after Cleveland Hustles and Cleveland Chain Reaction (no affiliation). Jamie Baker, project consultant, was involved with the programs in 2016, 2018, and 2019. She is an urban planner, experienced in developing emerging communities and business districts. Jamie Baker is an urban planner with a career focused on social equity. She has developed over $100 million in real estate in both Cleveland and northern California. She has served as executive director of innovative non-profits in Cleveland and California, having managed both with financial prudence and outcome focused strategic direction.
Brad Blair is a business services consultant. His career has built vast expertise in commercial banking, strategic planning, financial analysis, and management. He is consultant to Ashtabula Capital Access Program, having invested $15 million in local start-ups.
Stuart Cordell practiced law in Ashtabula for 40 years. He recently assumed a leadership role in two organizations - E Capital Partners, LLC (a social venture capital company) and The Business of Good Foundation (a private family foundation).
Tim McCarthy founded The Business of Good Foundation after a successful career in marketing. He is a coach, speaker, engaged philanthropist and entrepreneur. He drives economic inclusion through education, employment and entrepreneurship in his hometown of Ashtabula.
Larry Polena is a coach and trainer for NEO Fund in Ashtabula. He is training and supporting entrepreneurs in Ashtabula through a 6-week classroom training program along with facilitating a peer support group of business owners and coaching individual owners. He began this second phase of his career after 34 successful years in the insurance business.
